What is intelligence, and what does it mean that it is becoming more and more abundant and commoditized? What does it mean that intelligence is the new electricity and can be available like water on tap? What does this all mean for us, our work and careers?

We are experiencing a shift in which human judgement, taste and creativity are becoming much more important than before. They were always important, but information-based intelligence was also rare and critically important — in a comparable and oftentimes superior way. And that shaped much of the knowledge-work organization. However, the hierarchy of needs that determine value is shifting.

It is important to think deeply about the nature of this shift, participate in its formation, and prepare for the next level of evolution of human life, modern history and technological revolution with its societal opportunities and implications. This is an opportunity for human beings to evolve and, in doing so, get closer to the jobs that elevate their soul.

We focus on this: finding the right job for the right person, preparing people for the jobs they can call their life's work, and shaping organizations with work design that enables that. Such that people can be happy, purposeful and independent, and that the individual can become sovereign and the organization efficient.
